James Bond 25 title and cast reveal: Is THIS when Daniel Craig’s 007 announcement will be?

Shooting on 25 has already begun in Norway, while director Cary Fukunaga has been spotted scouting Matera in southern Italy. However, Craig has yet to be seen filming his final movie as 007. The actor was last spotted in departures at JFK in New York City, sparking speculation he was setting off to begin filming. Yet it’s been two weeks and there’s still no sign of the 51-year-old, let alone the traditional press conference.

Bond producers have a tradition of holding a press conference at Pinewood Studios before principal photography begins on a new Bond film.

Last time around this is where Bond 24’s title was announced as Spectre, along with the introduction of key cast members like Christoph Waltz.

With filming having already begun, just what is going on with the delayed Bond 25?

Well now it’s looking increasingly likely that such a press conference will take place around the end of April.

According to Variety’s Bond source – who also confirmed the rumour Phoebe Waller-Bridge is working on the script – production remains on track to begin at the end of the month.

But hasn’t it already started in Norway? Well, sort of.

It’s believed that , in shots that didn’t feature Craig.

But assuming Bond 25 doesn’t start properly filming until at least the week beginning April 29, presumably this is when we’d get the title and cast announcement.
